Scott Yu has over two decades of experience in the information technology field, currently serving as IT Deputy Director at 台積電 since June 2002, with a progression of roles from IT Section Manager to IT Principal Engineer. In addition, Scott Yu has been actively involved with SEMI TAIWAN since June 2019, holding positions as Co-Chair of the Smart Manufacturing Committee and Chair of the Taiwan Chapter of the Information & Control Global Technical Committee. Scott Yu earned a PhD and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University, completing his doctoral studies in 2002 and undergraduate studies in 1997, respectively. Education was preceded by attendance at 師大附中 from 1990 to 1993.
