Tung-Ching Tseng

Tung-Ching Tseng is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor and solar industries, currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at TSMC since December 2012, focusing on module solutions for backside power. With a successful track record in process development for advanced technologies, Tseng previously enhanced productivity at TSMC's Manufacturing Technology Center by improving in-situ clean efficiencies and developing innovative features that significantly increased wafer production rates. Tseng's prior roles include leadership positions at Sercomm, E-ton Solar, and Gloria Solar, where contributions spanned from new technology evaluations to project coordination for high-efficiency solar cells. Tseng holds a Ph.D. and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University.
