Vic Chen

Vic Chen currently serves as the Section Manager in the Fab15 Computer Integrated Manufacturing Department at TSMC since August 2009. Prior to this role, Vic worked as a Senior Clerk of Information Technology and Service at the National Taiwan University Library from December 2007 to July 2009, where Vic developed Taiwan's first web archiving system. Vic holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from National Taiwan University (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from National Chiao Tung University (2000-2004).
