Vincent Chen

Vincent Chen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT architecture and management. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at TSMC since May 2020, Vincent previously held multiple roles at IBM from November 2007 to May 2020, including Advisory IT Architect, Advisory IT Specialist, and IT Specialist. In these positions, Vincent focused on driving business growth through technology, leading IT system architecture design, and implementing strategic IT solutions, particularly in virtual desktop infrastructure, IT service management, and system integration. Vincent earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from National Chiao Tung University between 2001 and 2005.
