Vincent S. Chang is a deputy director at TSMC R&D with over 21 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, focusing on advanced CMOS technology. Vincent's career includes significant roles such as senior process engineer at Applied Materials and a TSMC assignee at IMEC. Currently, Vincent leads advanced technology development and process integration at TSMC, working on cutting-edge projects including 3nm and 7nm process integration, as well as 16nm FinFET and 28nm HKMG device development.
