Wen Chen

Wen Chen is a Senior Equipment Engineer at TSMC since February 2021, where responsibilities include the release of TSMC N4 module tools for F21 and training in N5 technology tools for metrology. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the Penn State Student Space Program Laboratory, where design work focused on NASA's Big Idea Moon Mission systems, and as an Information Technology Help Desk Supervisor at Penn State University, overseeing team performance and adherence to protocols. Wen Chen also contributed to the Penn State Network Robotic Systems Laboratory by developing a Bluetooth-controlled RC vehicle. Education was completed at Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2016 to 2020.
