Yu-Jui Wu, known as Ray, is a Principal Memory Device R&D Engineer at TSMC, where they are currently developing next-generation embedded memory technologies. Ray received their Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2024, having focused their research on group-IV epitaxial heterostructures for silicon-based qubits and spintronics under the guidance of Prof. Jiun-Yun Li. In 2025, they joined TSMC's Embedded Technology Division, bringing valuable insights from their previous internship within the same division where they developed embedded voltage regulators. With a strong background in Material Science and Engineering, Ray has also contributed to the field through four U.S. patents and multiple peer-reviewed publications.
