Sami Jo Small

Sami Jo Small, CSP, OLY is a distinguished motivational speaker and ice hockey analyst with a career spanning various roles within the sports industry. As the owner of Sami Jo Small Consulting since 1999, Small focuses on building successful teams and individuals through engaging presentations and team-building sessions. Small has served as a sports analyst for TSN and has contributed to the broadcasting of ice hockey during the 2022 Winter Olympics. With a robust background in professional hockey, including roles as a co-founder of the Canadian Women's Hockey League and a three-time Olympian, Small holds multiple championships and accolades. Additionally, Small's leadership experience includes positions as General Manager of the Toronto Furies and President of the Toronto Six. An accomplished academic, Small earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Stanford University and completed a business administration program at Dartmouth.
