Dot Tudor

Dot Tudor is a seasoned professional in the field of Agile methodologies and project management, currently serving as the Technical Director at TCC, a company founded by Dot in 1981. In addition to this role, Dot operates as an Agile Facilitator, Coach, and Trainer, contributing to various organizations since 1994 and actively participating as a speaker at conferences and authoring related literature. Dot Tudor's expertise is further recognized through roles as an Agile Project Management Examiner for APMG-International and Chief Examiner for Agile Business Analysis at Premex Group. With a long-standing involvement in DSDM as a Specialist and Co-Author, along with contributions as a Business Analysis Examiner for BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, Dot has shaped essential guidance in Agile practices. Dot’s contributions extend to writing the official guidance book for ITIL, PRINCE2, and DSDM, demonstrating a commitment to advancing the understanding and implementation of Agile principles in diverse settings.
