David Kellen

David Kellen has extensive experience in project management and development within various organizations, including Tsofen - High Technology Centers and the Delegation of the European Union to Israel. As Director of Development and Compliance Officer at Tsofen, David Kellen contributed from September 2015 to July 2018. David Kellen also served as a Project Management Consultant from January 2011 to October 2014. At the Harry S. Truman Institute for the Advancement of Peace, David Kellen worked as a Researcher from September 2005 to September 2007. Since July 2022, David Kellen has been providing development consulting, focusing on training civil society organizations in project design and proposal development, and managing donor funding. Currently, David Kellen holds the position of Project Director at Tsofen and has held the role of Program Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to Israel from August 2018 to March 2022. David Kellen received a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2004 and 2006.
