Emiliano Guzzi

Emiliano Guzzi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting in 2003, they worked at Aon Consulting where their responsibilities included personnel selection, CV screening, and conducting interviews. Emiliano then moved on to Microsoft in 2006, where they focused on HR analysis, candidate selection, and generating reports on employee turnover and future projections.

In 2010, Guzzi joined Indra as a Senior Employment Analyst, taking charge of the entire recruitment process from posting job listings on various platforms to conducting interviews and managing psychometric evaluations. Emiliano also coordinated medical examinations and prepared employee documentation.

After leaving Indra, Guzzi worked at Softtek as a Senior Employment Analyst, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including receiving new search requests, analyzing candidate profiles, conducting competency-based interviews, and managing psychometric assessments.

In 2013, Guzzi joined Assistem Recursos Humanos as an Employment Analyst, conducting profile assessments, posting job openings, conducting candidate interviews, and performing psychometric evaluations. Emiliano also provided comprehensive reports and competency-based interviews.

From 2017 to 2021, Guzzi was employed at DIA Group, where they served as the Head of Employment, Development, and Training. During this time, they were responsible for various HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, and training.

Currently, Guzzi is working at Tsoft as the Talent Acquisition Head and EB Global Head. Their role involves leading the global talent acquisition team, defining annual A&T strategies, supervising job postings, conducting market mapping, ensuring end-to-end process compliance, and utilizing various talent acquisition strategies. Emiliano also manages the comprehensive tracking of recruitment processes using the designated tool.

Throughout their career, Guzzi has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, extensive experience in conducting interviews and assessments, and a strong knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.

Emiliano Guzzi obtained a Diplomado in HR Innovation from Universidad del CEMA in 2023. In 2020, they completed a Programa Ejecutivo de Oratoria y Presentaciones Orales Eficaces in HR Management and Services at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Earlier, from 2003 to 2007, Guzzi pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on English at Universidad del Salvador.
