Bonnie Lilly

Bonnie Lilly has been in the business industry for over 25 years. Bonnie began their career in 1992 as a Senior Sales Executive at Abbott, covering MD, District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia. In this role, they called on multiple call points in hospitals, dialysis units and physician offices, providing in services and third party educational programs to nephrologist, endocrinologist, office staff, and nurses on chronic kidney disease, secondary hyperparathyroidism, diagnosis of disease state, Vitamin D treatment, dosing and financial access.

In 2014, Lilly moved to Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Senior Account Manager, covering MD, Delaware and southern part of Pennsylvania. Her role involved calling on multiple call points in hospitals, dialysis units and physicians offices, and identifying and developing new accounts while maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships with existing accounts.

Since 2015, Lilly has been the CEO of Tsource, LLC, where they lead operations and strategic direction focused on maximizing profits, customer satisfaction and employee growth. Bonnie is responsible for ongoing business planning, financial management, hiring staff, sales, developing marketing strategies, overseeing daily operations and identifying business opportunities. Bonnie has also substantially improved productivity while reducing operations cost by reviewing and consolidating Recruiting tools licenses.

Bonnie Lilly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from James Madison University, where they studied Marketing.
