David Wheeler

David Wheeler has a long history of working in the technology industry. David began their career in 1984 as an AIN Platform Manager at Bell Atlantic. In 1998, they worked as a Consultant - Advanced Intelligent Network Implementation for Sagex, Inc. Consultant to Winstar. Later that same year, they became the Principal / General Manager at Telecommunications Solutions, LLC. In 2000, they moved to Sagex, Inc. as Principal / General Manager. Finally, in 2003, they joined Tsource, LLC as Vice President of Technology & Security. During their time at Tsource, LLC, they also held roles as Executive Program Manager / Release Train Engineer / Agile Transformation Coach and Executive Program Management Consultant. David was responsible for a $150 million Agile/Scrum transformation for Allegis Group's Front Office Delivery Applications and a $62,000,000 five-year data center modernization initiative. David also championed a Disaster Recovery Data Center selection and migration program, which captured five-year savings of $5+ million.

David Wheeler has a diverse educational background. David obtained their MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland in 1991, a Certificate in Advanced Technologies Innovation and Information Networking Institute from Carnegie Mellon University in 1993, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems, Data Processing, and Economics from James Madison University in 1984. David also has several certifications, including SAFe 5 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. (2017), Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance (2017), Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute (2007), Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance (2015), and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance (2017).
