Nicolas Ronzel

Nicolas Ronzel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as a Partner at TS&P since May 2019, Nicolas previously held the position of Regional Head of Legal at Alter Domus from September 2016 to April 2019. Prior to that, Nicolas gained valuable experience at Baker & McKenzie, where roles included Senior Associate and Associate between March 2011 and August 2016. Early career experience includes an Associateship at Bonn Schmitt Steichen from January 2007 to March 2011. Nicolas's educational background includes a French solicitor qualification from Ecole de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d'Appel de Paris, a Master's degree in International Trade and Investment Law from Faculté de Droit, d’Économie et de Gestion, an LL.M. in Insolvency Law and Conflict of Laws from the University of Potsdam, and a Maîtrise in Business Law and German from Université Paris Nanterre.
