Heather Baumgartner

Heather Baumgartner is a Business Architect at TSPi, where they help bridge the gap between business and technology through collaboration with government management and technical teams since 2020. Prior to TSPi, Heather worked as a Program-level Analyst and SAFe Product Manager Liaison at Azimuth Business Solutions, where they led story development and documented functional requirements for critical initiatives. They began their career in various roles, including as a Reference Checker and New Customer Sales Representative at ADP, and have experience in systems analysis and project management across multiple organizations. Heather holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Database Technologies from Regis University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
