Ryan Schroeder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Scrum Master at TSPi, Ryan previously held the role of Product Owner at RemoteLock, where an agile transformation plan was defined, establishing best practices and fostering a cultural shift within the organization. At IHS Markit, Ryan served as Associate Director of Development, overseeing multiple agile feature teams while enhancing productivity across diverse geographic locations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Xyleme, Inc., where quality assurance and agile engineering were managed, and DigitalGlobe, where improvements in test engineering processes were spearheaded. Ryan’s career began at GeoEye Space Imaging, advancing from Production Analyst to various engineering and management positions. Educationally, Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Management from Ashworth College.
