Stephen's earlier positions included roles as a technician and operator, demonstrating a diverse skill set in fields ranging from automotive technology to heavy equipment operation. Stephen holds an Associate's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from the NASCAR Technical Institute and has a background in mechanical engineering and automotive studies from Marshall University and Tug Valley High School.
