Joy Baccus

Joy Baccus is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Finance at TSU ONE since August 2023. Prior to this role, Joy worked as a Consultant for Primoris Services Corporation from August 2022 to March 2023. Joy's extensive background includes a long tenure at PLH Group, Inc. from August 2013 to August 2022, where roles included Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Director of Financial Reporting. Earlier career experience includes serving as the International Financial Reporting Manager at FTS International from December 2011 to August 2013 and a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP from September 2000 to December 2011. Joy holds a Master's degree in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
