Tiffany Ledner

Tiffany Ledner founded Oxer Design, focusing on end-to-end design and roadmap planning for various sectors. Tiffany currently serves as the Director of Visual Merchandising at TSUM Moscow, where Tiffany develops and implements VM strategies for luxury brands. Previously, Tiffany held roles at Tretyakov Gallery, Barneys New York, Loro Piana, Hermès, and Marc Ecko Enterprises. Ledner's experience includes restructuring teams, developing VM strategies, managing vendor relations, and overseeing international projects. Tiffany also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Boston University.
