Chun Xia is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and investment professional with extensive experience in the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem. As a Founding Partner at TSVC since July 2010, Chun Xia focuses on early-stage investments across various sectors, including mobile/internet, software, and medical devices, with a specialization in the China market. Previously, as Founder and CEO of Mash5 Technologies from November 2010 to June 2017, Chun Xia led the development of cutting-edge edge-container/cloud PaaS solutions for IoE applications. Early career roles included significant positions at Vuze, Sun Microsystems, Engineered Intelligence, and Thinkmart, where Chun Xia contributed to pioneering technologies in social applications, parallel computing, and web marketing solutions. Chun Xia holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BEng in Electrical and Information Engineering from Tsinghua University.
