Kangda Chen

Kangda Chen is an experienced professional in the automotive and supply chain sectors, currently serving as the Director of Powertrain System in Supply Chain at Xiaomi Technology since November 2021, in addition to holding the role of Senior Strategy Researcher within the same company. Furthermore, Kangda Chen is an Investment Fellow at TSVC since July 2020 and previously worked as the Deputy Director at the Investment Promotion Bureau in Wujiaqu City from June to August 2018. Educational qualifications include a Joint-Supervision Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, in collaboration with the Transportation Sustainability Research Center and a Ph.D. from Tsinghua University through the Tsinghua Automotive Strategy Research Institute. Kangda Chen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Chongqing University, graduating among the top of the class.
