Gary Miller

Gary Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gary has held various leadership roles in operations and manufacturing. Gary has served as a Head of Operations at TT Electronics plc from 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Teledyne Defence & Space from 2021 to 2022. Gary was also an Operations Director and General Manager at ADM Pressings Limited from 2018 to 2020. Gary has experience as the Head of High Voltage Coils Division at Houghton International - Electro Mechanical Innovation from 2016 to 2018. Gary served as a General Manager Operations at Rolls Royce Newcastle from 2008 to 2016. Additionally, they held positions such as Operations Manager at Burdon Engineering from 2005 to 2008, Production Manager at Hydram Sheet Metalwork from 2001 to 2005, and Operations Shift Manager at Viasystems in 2001. Earlier in their career, Gary was a Business Unit Manager at Harkers Engineering in 2000, a Production Supervisor at Rolls-Royce from 1997 to 2000, and a CNC Machinist from 1989 to 1997. Gary began their career with a Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce from 1985 to 1989.

Gary Miller earned a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management and Technology from The Open University from 1996 to 2000. Gary later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Development from the same university from 2000 to 2003.
