Joseph McGrady has a diverse work experience in customer accounts, commercial and customer service management, and business development. Joseph is currently working as the Head of Customer Accounts at TT Electronics plc since March 2022. Joseph McGrady earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc Honours) in Marine Biology from Bangor University in 2016. Joseph then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organisational Leadership and Strategy at the University of Plymouth from 2023 to 2025. In addition, they obtained a Diver Master certification from PADI in 2012.
