Julian Thomas

Julian Thomas has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Julian started their career as a Thermal Engineer at Matra Marconi Space and worked there from 1989 to 1996. Julian then joined Alstom Power, where they held various roles including Software Support Manager, Business Sector Manager for Consultancy, Group Head for Software Design, and Group Head for Heat Transfer & Software. Julian worked at Alstom Power from 1996 to 2008. In 2009, Julian joined ITP Engines UK Ltd as the Dept Head for Heat Transfer, Software & Controls as well as the IT Manager. Julian later became the Engineering Director at ITP Engines and worked there until 2013. Since 2013, Julian has been working as the Engineering Director of the Power & Hybrid Business Unit at TT Electronics plc.

Julian Thomas completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, from 1985 to 1988.
