Mat Freeman

Mat Freeman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Mat began their career in 1998 as a JSF Project Engineer at FR-HiTEMP. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a BAES Program Manager at Cobham Mission Systems. Mat then joined Cobham Mission Systems again in 2007, where they held the positions of Customer Service Director and Director of Engineering. In 2011, they became the Excellence in Delivery Program Director at Cobham. From 2013 to 2020, Mat Freeman worked at Cobham Mission Systems as the KC-46 BFT Program Director, SVP Operations and Supply Chain, and SVP KC-46 Development Programs. Currently, they are employed at TT Electronics plc, where they hold the role of Dir Acquisition Integration and Operational Excellence and has recently started their new role as VP Operations, Americas.

Mat Freeman earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) (Hons) degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Manchester. Mat attended the university from 1993 to 1996.
