Ray Turner

Ray Turner has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at TTC, Inc. Currently, Ray holds the title of Senior Vice President and Vice President of Government Solutions. Prior to their current position, Ray worked as the Director of Staff and Program Manager at Phantom Eagle, Inc. Ray also served as Operations Manager and Business Development at Phantom Eagle, LLC. Ray's background includes a role as a Sys Engineer III at SAIC and a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where Ray retired after over two decades of service.
