Rob Pagan

Rob Pagan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in DevSecOps and IT testing across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of DevSecOps at TTC, Rob leads efforts to implement sustainable DevSecOps practices that enhance operational efficiencies and reduce time to market. Previously at nbn™ Australia, Rob managed engineering and security teams, facilitating the organization’s transition to Scaled Agile and overseeing IT testing functions during a significant network rollout. With a track record of transforming IT testing processes and delivering substantial budgetary efficiencies, Rob has also held key roles at Macquarie Bank and Sopra Steria, where contributions included the development of testing frameworks and strategic management of quality assurance initiatives. Rob holds an MSc in Business Systems Analysis & Design from City, University of London, and a MA (Hons) in Economics & Politics from The University of Edinburgh.
