Tai Moananu

Tai Moananu is a seasoned professional in the field of testing and performance management, currently serving as the National Manager - People and Performance at The Testing Consultancy since 2014. In this role, Tai leads and mentors a team of testers, fosters a positive team culture, and provides clients with top-tier testing talent while overseeing continuous improvement in processes and tools. Prior to this, Tai held various positions at ANZ, including Test Practice Manager and Manager ICC & BIS Applications Testing, where strategic direction and performance enhancements in testing practices were priorities. Tai's career also includes experience as a Test Programme Lead at ANZ National Bank, focusing on managing software testing across multiple projects. Educational background includes studies at Wellington College.
