Paul Cotter

Paul Cotter PhD has extensive experience in the banking industry, with prominent roles at various financial institutions. Paul currently serves as the Vice President of Indirect Lending at TTCU Federal Credit Union since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President at BBVA Compass from December 2010. Paul also worked as a Vice President at Bank of Oklahoma from January 1995 to December 2010.

Paul Cotter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Oklahoma State University in 1984. Paul then pursued a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Colorado State University between 1988 and 1990.
