Dan Percy has extensive experience in customer service management and telecom support, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for the Genesys Engage platform at TTEC Digital since 2021. Dan began working with Aria Solutions in 2002, which later transitioned through acquisitions by Avtex and TTEC Digital. Prior roles include Telecoms Support Director and Client Support Director at Aria Solutions, as well as a position as a Genesys Consultant at Hydro-Quebec in 2000. Dan's career began as a Programmer at LGS from 1990 to 1995.
