Greg Thomson

Greg Thomson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and technical account management. Currently serving as Manager of Client Services at TTEC Digital since September 2019, Greg manages a team focused on strategic client support, aligning procedures with client business needs, and maintaining high service level KPIs. Previous roles include Technical Account Manager at Avtex Solutions, LLC, where Greg led a dedicated support team, and Communications Services Team Lead at QBE North America, overseeing the North American Communications Team. Greg's career at Avtex Solutions spans nearly two decades, during which time positions held included Escalation Manager and Customer Development Representative, among others.
