Michael Shrall

Michael Shrall serves as the Director of Product Management at TTEC Digital since April 2016, where the focus is on enhancing customer experience through technology. Prior to TTEC Digital, Michael held significant roles at Interactive Intelligence from July 2001 to February 2016, including Senior Director of Integrations and Ecosystem, where responsibilities encompassed strategic product direction and the establishment of a developer ecosystem. Other positions included Senior Director of Global Alliances and Director of Integrations Development, where Michael played a crucial role in building strategic partnerships and transforming development practices. Earlier career experience includes a Staff Consultant role at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Michael holds a Computer Science degree with a Business minor from Purdue University.
