Currently serving as Principal Innovation Architect at TTEC Digital and Avtex Solutions, LLC since 2021 and 2020 respectively, Paul has a proven track record in advancing communication solutions as the CTO at Communications Products, Inc. from 2010 to 2020, where significant contributions were made to support over 120,000 professionals across 23 states. Previous roles include Vice President of Software Development at Red Lantern Labs, Director/Architect of Server Systems at kidthing, inc., and Director of Application Development/Partner at Interactive Solutions International, LLC.
