Robert Couldrey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of ServiceNow practice and business development. Currently serving as the Global Head of ServiceNow Practice at TTEC Digital, Robert has previously held the position of Head of ServiceNow Practice - Americas at Eviden and worked as a Business Development Manager and HR Service Management Lead at Engage ESM Limited, an Atos company. Robert began their career as a Graduate Sales Consultant. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London, and attended the United World College of South East Asia from 2001 to 2007.
