Roberto Lleras has extensive experience in bioinformatics and leadership roles within the life sciences field. At Pacific Biosciences, Roberto served as Manager of Field Applications Specialists, overseeing a team dedicated to global bioinformatics support, and developed onboarding processes for new team members. Prior roles included Scientist II and Senior Scientist, focusing on customer education and leading bioinformatics projects in North America and Europe. Following Pacific Biosciences, Roberto worked at Microsoft as Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist, engaging in key commercial partnerships in genomics and personalized medicine. Currently, Roberto holds the position of Vice President, Health & Life Sciences at TTEC Digital. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from Canisius University, a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
