Sameer Jagtap

Sameer Jagtap is a Principal Solutions Architect at TTEC Digital, specializing in Digital CX since June 2021. Previously, Sameer served as a Lead Consultant at Infosys from October 2007 to June 2021, focusing on requirement workshops, process analysis, and architecture design. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy Manager at Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited from June 2006 to September 2007. Sameer holds a Master of Management Studies in Operations from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production from K K Wagh College of Engineering.
