Steve Smith is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data, artificial intelligence, and business solutions. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect at TTEC Digital since February 2018, Steve has a proven track record of driving revenue and building strong relationships with customers and Microsoft leadership. Prior roles include Director of Consulting and Delivery - Data & AI at Avtex Solutions, LLC and NuSoft Solutions, LLC, where Steve transitioned through company acquisitions. With earlier positions at C/D/H, Trissential, and BT Global Services, Steve has consistently excelled in delivering innovative solutions, leveraging a deep knowledge base in collaboration, business intelligence, and cloud services. Educationally, Steve holds an eBusiness Executive Program degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and Kellogg Executive Education, complemented by undergraduate studies at Lawrence Technological University.
