Sue Hoatson

Sue Hoatson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital and financial sales. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Digital Sales at TTEC Digital since April 2023, Hoatson previously held the position of Senior Director of Financial Sales at Posh Technologies from December 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, a tenure at Avtex Solutions, LLC spanned from August 2018 to December 2021, where Hoatson was the Director of Financial Practice. Additionally, experience at Adapt Telephony Services, LLC included roles such as Director of Financial Sales, Financial Services Practice Manager, and Regional Sales Manager from June 2004 to December 2021. Earlier, Hoatson worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Interactive Intelligence from January 1998 to December 2004. Hoatson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Puget Sound, attending from January 1986 to January 1990, and graduated from Newport Harbor High School in January 1986.
