Mike Dover

Mike Dover is currently serving as the Georgia Business Development Lead at TTL, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Mike Dover held the position of Transportation Professional until March 2023 after retirement. From November 2021 to October 2022, Mike Dover worked as the Director of Corporate Development for the Southeast Region at American Engineers, Inc. Notably, Mike Dover served as Deputy Commissioner at the Georgia Department of Transportation from August 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing the daily operations of a $4.0 billion state transportation agency. Mike Dover obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, studying from 1986 to 1988.
