Steve Strmiska

Steve Strmiska, P.E. serves as a Senior Advisory Consultant at TTL, Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Vice President of Construction Services at CONSOR Engineers from January 2019 to August 2025, overseeing significant projects such as SH 358 in Corpus Christi and various truss bridge rehabilitations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. Project Manager at AIA Engineers, Ltd. from May 2015 to December 2018 and as an Area Engineer at TxDOT from August 2013 to May 2015, where management included overseeing 60 employees and handling an annual budget of approximately $100 million in construction and $10 million in maintenance. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1996.
