Brian Ricks

Brian Ricks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management within the Aerospace and Defense sector. Currently serving as Director of Program Management at TTM Technologies, Brian is responsible for overseeing microelectronics programs with an annual P&L responsibility of approximately $70 million. Prior to this role, Brian spent over 13 years at Raytheon Technologies, where significant contributions included managing international radar and missile defense programs, advancing additive manufacturing capabilities, and leading various engineering teams to deliver innovative hardware solutions. Brian holds multiple degrees from Northwestern University and The Ohio State University, including a Master's in Engineering Management and a Master's in Materials Engineering, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineering.
