Lindsay Olson, Au.D, CPTD, currently serves as the Learning and Leadership Development Manager at TTM Technologies, where Lindsay crafts an ongoing learning strategy and manages ETP contract details. Prior to this, Lindsay was a Senior Program Manager for Talent Development at Danaher Corporation, providing consultancy across over 20 operating companies and establishing governance for the Workday Learning Management System. Lindsay also held the position of Senior Manager for Global Sales Enablement at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, focusing on curriculum development for field sales teams and mentoring new associates. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Education and Training at Starkey Hearing Technologies, overseeing training activities and seminars. Lindsay holds a Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University, a Master’s in Audiology and Hearing Impairment from Northwestern University, a Bachelor’s in Speech Pathology & Audiology from St. John's University, and a certification in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School Online.
