Michael Rivers

Michael Rivers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic planning within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Franchise Program Management at TTM Technologies since May 2022, Rivers executes critical strategic programs. Prior to this role, Rivers held the position of Program Director at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems, leading a matrixed team in the assembly of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Center Fuselage, where significant improvements in quality and efficiency were achieved through innovative process enhancements. Rivers’ career at Northrop Grumman spans over a decade, including roles as Business Planning Manager and Strategic Planning and Division Operations Manager. Michael Rivers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
