Phil Franklin

Phil Franklin currently serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman at TTM Technologies since November 2010. Previously, Phil Franklin held the position of Board Member at Tribune Publishing Company from May 2014 to May 2021 and served as Chairman of the Board for the final 16 months of that tenure. Phil Franklin retired as Chief Financial Officer at Littelfuse, Inc. after a long career from December 1998 to July 2016, and prior to this role, served as Vice President and CFO at OmniQuip International from 1995 to 1998. Phil Franklin began his career at FMC Corporation, where Phil worked from August 1979 to April 1990 as Division Controller and General Manager. Phil Franklin earned a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.
