Stan Ramsden has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Stan began their career at Spellman High Voltage as an Engineer from 1995 to 1996. Stan then joined Telephonics as a Senior Design Engineer, where they worked on projects related to digital down-conversion and IFF Radar Systems from 1992 to 2000. In 2001, Stan became a Field Applications Engineer at Avnet Electronics Marketing, providing technical support and assistance to customers. Stan then moved to Comtech PST as a Senior Digital Design Engineer, specializing in FPGA and DSP designs from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined TTM Technologies as a Senior Principal Design Engineer. At Telephonics, Stan held various positions, including Senior Staff Design Engineer and Staff Engineer, where they worked on Xilinx MPSoC designs, AXI Bus interfacing, and IFF RADAR Digital Extractors. Currently, Stan is serving as an Adjunct Professor at Farmingdale State College starting in 2021.
Stan Ramsden attended Suffolk County Community College from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained an AAS degree in Electrical Technology. Stan continued their education at Farmingdale State College from 1989 to 1993, focusing on Electrical Engineering.
