Oana Iuga

Oana Iuga has extensive experience in agile methodologies, currently serving as a Solution Train Engineer, SAFe Release Train Engineer, and Scrum Master at TTTech Auto since October 2019, where responsibilities include working within a SAFe environment and training on agile practices. Prior to this, Oana was a Team Leader at NN from January 2015 to May 2019, overseeing the Business Analysis team and performing Scrum Master duties. Oana's career also includes roles as an IT Business Analyst at Orange, a System Analyst at Vodafone, and an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master at Libra Internet Bank, showcasing a strong background in business analysis, project management, and team coaching. Oana holds a Master’s degree in IT Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
