Imre Blank is a seasoned expert in Food Science and Technology, currently serving as Managing Director and Founder of IBK Food & Beverage Consultancy Sàrl since January 2020, with nearly 40 years of experience in the field, including over 27 years at Nestlé Research. Imre Blank's academic involvement includes roles as Visiting Professor at Ningxia University and Guest Professor at Beijing Technology and Business University, along with lectureships at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and Technische Universität München.
