Arrow Hu

Arrow Hu started their work experience as an HR intern at AIAIT (BJ) in January 2013. They were responsible for arranging interviews, collecting and filing resumes, and assisting with HR document filing. In October 2013, they joined PersonHR (Fesco) as a researcher, focusing on analyzing customer requirements, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and maintaining communication with clients and candidates. In January 2015, they joined BERRY Consulting as a technical recruiter and research head, specializing in recruiting for high-tech areas such as chip design, AI, embedded systems, and IoT. In October 2019, Arrow Hu became a tech recruiter at a US Unicorn Tech Company, where they worked until October 2020. Currently, they are working as a technical recruiter at Tubi, a major Hollywood studio's ad-supported video on-demand service.

Arrow Hu attended Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology (BIPT) from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Automation.
