Arthur Chan

Arthur Chan has a diverse work experience in various software engineering and infrastructure roles. Arthur started their career as a Contractor at Hunter College School of Nursing in 2011. Arthur then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at ReaMetrix, where they contributed to the development and improvement of the Immedia image cytometer. At Comprehend Systems, Arthur built a data ingestion adapter for a clinical trials EDC system and wrote internal tooling for data labeling. Arthur joined Rdio as a DevOps, where they worked on infrastructure and re-architected the image backend for scalability. At Pandora Media, they served as a Site Reliability Engineer. Arthur then joined PlanGrid as a Software Engineer, where they played a role in building and deploying the infrastructure using Kubernetes, Saltstack, and CloudFormation. Arthur continued their software engineering career at Pivotal, Inc. and Rocket (getrocket.com) before joining LeapYear Technologies as a Software Engineer. In their current role at Tubi as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Arthur contributes their expertise in managing and enhancing the infrastructure.

Arthur Chan attended Stuyvesant High School from 1997 to 2001, although they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Arthur then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University from 2001 to 2005.
