Léa Tran-le

Léa Tran-Le has a diverse work experience in product management roles. Léa is currently working at Tubi as a Senior Product Manager, Growth, where they are responsible for creating frictionless interactions across OTT and mobile streaming devices to enhance the user journey and engagement. Prior to this, they worked at Ancestry as a Product Manager, where they developed activation and discovery experiences for subscribers and led cross-functional teams in the development of growth experiences. Léa also has experience as a Fung Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, where they worked on socially impactful design solutions for at-risk communities. Léa has interned at Ancestry, Blue Goji, Socos LLC, and Palisade Therapeutics, gaining experience in customer data platform creation, VR fitness game development, positive parenting strategies, and market strategy for a biotech startup.

Léa Tran-Le obtained a BA degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2016, they completed certifications in Social and Behavioral Research from the CITI Program, a Division of BRANY, as well as in Game Design and Development and Python Data Structures; Applied Data Science with Python from Coursera. In 2020, they obtained the certification for Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. Recently, in 2021, they completed certifications in Systems Thinking from LinkedIn and the Reforge Growth Series from Reforge.
